How TopFix became Nairobi's go-to repair team
TopFix Appliances was founded in 2016 with a simple mission: give Nairobi homeowners access to fast, honest, and affordable appliance repairs. We saw too many people replacing appliances that could be fixed — or paying inflated prices to unqualified technicians who left the problem unsolved.
We started small — a team of three certified engineers covering Westlands and Lavington. Word spread quickly. Customers appreciated our same-day response, upfront pricing, and the fact that we stand behind our work with a written 3-month warranty.
Today, TopFix covers all major Nairobi areas with a growing team of factory-trained technicians. We service over 30 appliance brands and carry genuine spare parts in our vans so most repairs are completed on the first visit.
